Our incredible operations manager is there to ensure our portfolio maintains a 100% occupancy level, full compliance and deals with utility companies /councils to manage costs very closely. Her role is critical to ensure strong consistent cash flow and close cost management.

Mark has enjoyed a long and distinguished football career followed by running a successful personal training business. He has more recently used these skills to grow Properties with Heart, bringing in private investment to the business and managing the growing team.

Mark and Claudine moved to Spain a few years ago to enjoy a beach lifestyle and international schooling for their children, a big dream of theirs achieved thanks to the passive income derived from property.
